This 22,730sf multi-use community recreation facility includes a large gymnasium, fitness area, dance/aerobic studios and changing rooms; all fronting a sky lit “community street.”  The project is designed to a LEED™ Silver standard with an emphasis on operational efficiency. Green initiatives include a ground-source geothermal heating and cooling system, rainwater collection for non-potable uses, waterless urinals, super insulated envelope, high reflective roofing materials, and low maintenance landscaping.
